As I previously said, Annie Logan responded very quickly to our need to reach a decision in a short time. When the house we did buy was listed on out second day of searching with Annie, she quickly arranged a visit later that same day, and we decided to make an offer for the house. When we began to prepare an offer, there waws another offer being made. Annie helped us craft an offer that turned out to be strong enough within our means to lead to the acceptance of our offer, all on the second day of searching with Annie.
